Your usage of this website and its reservation functions is based on your total acceptance of and abidance by the present terms, conditions and limitations stated in this document which also acts as a legal agreement between and whoever access the website hereafter referred to as 'client'.

All questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this agreement will be decided under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Law.

Usage Restrictions

Client agrees to use the website for making legitimate bookings and reservation requests rather than speculative, false or fraudulent ones. Client confirms that he/she has the adequate legal age to enter into lawful obligations and be able to face all liabilities resulting from the use of the website.

Hotel Accommodation commits itself to guarantee that the room booked will accommodate the specified number of guests. Special requests regarding client's stay at the hotel will be communicated to hotel's attention however will depend on room availability and cannot be guaranteed. Consequent complaints for such wishes not being satisfied will not be accepted.

Any complaints regarding client's stay at the Kangal Fish Thermal Spa hotel should be addressed directly to hotel's management at the time of the upset occurrence. We will do our best to assist you but please be advised that we shall not accept any consequent claims after the client has departed from the hotel.

The description of hotel amenities described at our pages are strictly as provided from the Kangal Thermal Spa hotel and we cannot be held accountable for any omissions or inaccurate information that you find at our pages regarding hotel descriptions, room sizes and facilities. To avoid future disappointment we invite clients to make any enquiry about hotel to us and we will contact the hotel directly in order to make sure that facilities and services of importance to them will be present during the time of their stay.

Transfers will provide a transfer or any other type of service based on the details supplied by the client. In case that the client fails to submit correct information to regarding his/her exact flight details, arrival time, late check-in, exact number of passengers, excessive luggage, etc, any failure or consecutive cancellation of the service caused by to the lack of such information remain full responsibility of the client and no refunds will be applicable. is not responsible for any delays and other possible transfer failures delivered by intercity buses, trains, flights and other means of transport. In case of early flights or change of timetables due to which client was unable to take advantage of a prepaid service or urgent accommodation is needed, the client should face all consecutive expenses arising thereof and no refund of the not utilized service will be possible.

Price information

Since all services and treatment packages are payable in euro and US dollars only prices will be quoted same currencies as well. The prices to be quoted will not include insurance covering any baggage loss or injury during trip. We advise clients to acquire their own health/travel insurance. Please note that hotel accommodation rates are usually quoted on a double occupancy basis, except otherwise specified.

Additional fees such as excess baggage charges, security fees and other taxes collected by customs, governments, air(ports), airlines and other bodies are not included in price unless expressly indicated as included services. Further hotel expenses such as room service, mini-bar, phone call charges, etc. are not included in the hotel reservation price and must be cleared upon check-out from hotel.

All prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, gasoline price increases and other causes alike. If the service has already been pre-paid the price will not be affected. If the reservation has not been confirmed by payment the final price will be updated and the client might be demanded to pay an additional amount for the services booked reflecting such changes.

Payment procedures

A full prepayment equal to 100% of the total reservation amount is required for all bookings at the Kangal Thermal Spa Hotel due to the highest volume of reservations. The prepayment has to be done in order to secure the hotel accommodation together with a place in the treatment program. As soon as a full prepayment of the hotel reservation has been done the customer will be eligible to receive his/her treatment package/service voucher straight away. Client cannot consider the reservation secured before he/she has received a written reservation confirmation from regarding the services booked.

Payments are available by VISA and MasterCard credit cards. In order to confirm the reservation customer's credit card will be charged to the full amount of the treatment package or services booked according to customer's wish. Payment is also available via bank/wire transfer.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations of bookings made through will be accepted only if communicated by a written notice. Client should either send a cancellation request via certified mail (return receipt requested) or by using one of our enquiry forms available online. Amendment policy

Making amendments i.e. submitting changes to your reservations are subject to hotel's availability. Any change of room type, number of rooms, number of guests as well as check-in or check-out dates will result in change of the price. Amendments should also be submitted in written either per e-mail (return receipt requested) or by sending a written amendment request through a enquiry form available on the website. According to changes that have been made the total price of the booking may increase and additional payment will be necessary for client to receive an amendment confirmation.

If changes have been requested too late (before cancellation deadline) the hotel/service supplier might request certain amendment penalty fees, which the client should pay together with the price increase (if present) in order to obtain the amendment confirmation and the new updated voucher. In case of a price decrease the difference from the amount paid will be refunded back to customer unless the hotel/service provider has retained some amendment penalty fees due to changes made too late (after cancellation deadline has passed).

Refund policy

Refunds will only be processed if they have been approved from the Kangal Thermal Spa hotel or the third party service providers through which car-rentals, transfers or tours have been booked. No refund will be possible unless has received the refund from the hotel or the service providers mentioned above. The exact amount of the refund will be determined in accordance with hotel's/supplier's cancellation policy and the exact date when the cancellation was requested. Please note that there is a non-refundable administrative fee of $25.00 per person regarding a reservation in Kangal Thermal Spa hotel which will be deducted from total refund amount.

In case of early check-out or no show (the client fails to arrive at hotel), no balance will be refunded. If the client has booked a two-way airport transfer together with the hotel reservation at the Kangal Thermal Spa hotel, he or she is obliged to pay a penalty fee for the rearrangement of the flight schedule. The amount of the penalty fee will be determined by and its carrier partners in their sole discretion. reserves the right to make changes to any part of the trip or cancel the entire trip (or any side trip booked in connection therewith) for any reason and at any time. Any approved refunds will be credited back to the customer credit card originally used for making the payment or transferred back to client's bank account used for making the booking no later than 7 working days. Refunds are only possible in the same currency in which the booking has been paid.

Complaint policy endeavors to assist the client in solving any problems he/she might encounter during the travel period in Turkey, as long as those are within its competence and power. However any complaints regarding dissatisfaction or disappointment from a service booked through us should be brought directly to hotel's attention or to the knowledge of the specific service supplier. Those concerns should be communicated to at the time of their occurrence so that we can be given a chance to investigate and facilitate the finding of a suitable solution. Otherwise any complaints submitted after client's departure back home shall not be accepted.
