Booking policies

A full prepayment equal to 100% of the total reservation amount is required for all bookings at the Kangal Thermal Spa Hotel due to the highest volume of reservations. The prepayment has to be done in order to secure the hotel accommodation together with a place in the treatment program.

For each booking made a cancellation deadline will be appointed, after which occurrence no penalty free cancellations will be possible. Cancellations of bookings made through will be accepted only if communicated by a written notice. Refunds will only be processed if approved by the hotel/service supplier. Should the client decide to check-out earlier or does not arrive for treatment, we cannot refund any balance for any unused night.

All services are payable in EUR (euro) and USD (American dollar) only via credit cards (Master Card and Visa only) or via bank/wire transfer. Any applicable refunds will be processed the same way and in the same currency payment has been done and no other refund method will be possible. Hotel reservations and Treatment Packages at Kangal Thermal Spa Hotel

The hotel room prices are usually quoted on room only basis in standard room accommodation, including local taxes and all service charges. You can choose the meal supplement basis for your accommodation whether it will be RO (Room Only/ Self Catering); BB (Bed and Breakfast); HB (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner) FB (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).

Please note that the double room prices are different for 2 family members or relatives accommodated in a room and for 2 different persons not from the same family accommodated in same room. Different prices will be quoted for the following accommodating options:

Single room: 1 patient only;
Double room: 1 patient, 1 accompanier;
Double room: 2 patients (family members only);
Double room: 2 patient (no family relation);
Suit flat: For patients and accompaniers.

Please be informed that if the accompanier needs treatment or procedures as well, the price will change - then it will be considered as 2 patients family members.

International and domestic flights can assist you with any international and/or domestic one way or two way flights via Turkish airlines and other airline carriers. For this purpose the client needs to make a request in advance and prepay the airline tickets.

Check - in time for domestic flights is usually one hour prior to scheduled departure time and two hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Check - in will be closed 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time of international flights and 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time of domestic flights. If you think you will be late for the flight, please inform about this a Turkish Airlines' staff or our reservation team immediately, so that your boarding pass will not expire and we can prearrange your flight.

Airport Transfers can arrange upon client's request any ground handling services such as one - way or two way transfers for example Sivas - Kangal Treatment Center - Sivas, Malatya - Kangal Treatment Center - Malatya, Kayseri - Kangal Treatment Center - Kayseri. (Please ask for prices)

Customers requesting airport transfer services should submit to full and correct information regarding the airport to which they are coming, flight arrival details as well as give timely notice of any possible delays they might be experiencing. Istanbul overnight accommodation

Sometimes due to delay or change of timetables of regular flights it is very possible that client may arrive too late and miss the domestic flight scheduled for same day. In those cases the client will need to make an unplanned overnight stay in Istanbul at his own expenses in order to take the next available flight and start his treatment program next day. To minimize such accidental costs advises customers to contact our reservation department to assist you immediately with any hotel accommodation, transfers or local guidance in Istanbul according to customer's budget and preferences. Rent - a - car services

Take this option to explore Sivas on your own. All roads in the region are in good condition and our rent - a - car service provider will supply you with vehicles of all kinds: from small economy type cars to higher class commercial vehicles and luxury sedans. Daily and package tours

In order to keep your spirits high during the long treatment period we have prepared some outdoor trips to the nearest cities of Sivas and Divrigi as well as extended tour packages in Istanbul and Cappadocia which can be taken after treatment at Kangal Treatment center is over.
